We endevour to go deeper, not wider, in our involvement; we provide spiritual leadership along with the proper tools, equipment and training to the indigenous for sustainability at grass roots level. A vital goal is to encourage the indigenous to take pride in ownership of the projects. As a result our work is really sustainable for years to come. Then every year as needed we will support them with recurrent training.
