Testimony: The village was facing a problem of drinking unsafe water from an open hole prior to getting a new water well. The first picture shows how they previously got their water, and it says it all! Look at the groves cut into the log from the ropes they use to draw water, over many years. Their ropes are contaminated, the men’s hands are contaminated, their buckets connected to the ropes are contaminated, and the water buckets they fill to take home are contaminated. If the rope breaks, then the contaminated rope and bucket(s) remain in the well. Then you wonder why children have so many health problems. They’re not alone, as many of the women and men get sick from this contaminated water. The village people greatly appreciated Life Outreach International for your compassion in helping the needy. We received the new solar Bible players. The new water well was dedicated in the name of Jesus Christ. Some of our village people are still in need of reading spectacles. Much thanks in Jesus’s name.
